Denise Bayless MS ATC/L

Head Athletic Trainer

Denise is in her fourth year as the head athletic trainer at NEO. Denise obtained her bachelor’s of science degree at Oklahoma State University in 2002 with a degree in Athletic Training. She then went on to the University of Central Missouri for her master’s of science degree in Physical Education Exercise and Sport Science with an emphasis in Athletic Training and graduated in 2004. After completing her education Denise was an assistant athletic trainer at McPherson College. She then moved to Southwest Baptist University where she was the head athletic trainer for football.

At NEO Denise provides coverage for athletics. She also oversees all student athletic trainers and teaches the athletic training classes through the health and human performance department.
