NEO art students are involved in extensive hands-on studio art work.  They encouraged to find their own creative voice and express that voice through a variety of mediums.  Students’ work, representing many styles and methods of expressions, is displayed in the yearly campus art show, the Designs of Autumn Festival, and a constantly changing art display in the Fine Arts Center and Learning Resource Center.

Provides basic art courses designed for transfer to senior colleges and universities as well as a basic program for those who seek employment after two years of college.
