Rogers State University at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College



The Innovation Center (formerly the Center for Economic and Community Development) is charged with fostering economic development and addressing the educational needs of area business and industry.

Established in 2002, the Center provides business counseling services and training for area entrepreneurs and expanding businesses in northeastern Oklahoma such as:

  • a technology and business incubator
  • entrepreneurial training
  • small business counseling services
  • economic, demographic, and social research related to economic development.

Innovation Center Affiliations

The Center is a designated Business and Industry Data Center. As an affiliate agency with the Oklahoma Department of Commerce’s State Data Center Program, the Center provides economic and demographic data to area businesses, industries, and individuals. The Center is affiliated with a number of partners, including:

  • the Oklahoma Department of Commerce
  • the Oklahoma Alliance of Manufacturing Excellence
  • the Claremore Industrial and Economic Authority
  • and numerous others
