NEO’s cafeteria and vending program offers a wide variety of nutritious options. The cafeteria is located in the Student Union building. Meal plans are 14 or 18 and the “smartcard” is available for most services. For those students living on campus, a meal plan must be secured at the Business Office by the first of the month. The plan is non-transferable with a penalty of $10.00 for misuse. If a smartcard is lost, a replacement may be purchased in the Business Office. Unruly conduct in the Student Union will result in a fine or in disciplinary action. Commuters may use their smartcard to purchase meals in the cafeteria.

Parents and friends who are not on a prepaid meal plan may eat in the cafeteria and pay the cashier.

All food, dinnerware, dishes and trays must remain in the cafeteria. No carryouts please. Dress of shirt and shoes is required at all times. The only item allowed to be carried out is soft-serve ice cream. As the cafeteria is an “all you can eat” service, please TAKE ONLY WHAT YOU CAN EAT.

For special dietary needs, please provide a doctor’s written documentation for any special menu.

Rooms are available for scheduled use UNLESS they have already been scheduled for a prior engagement. The Faculty Lounge, Ballroom and Ballroom Lounge can be reserved for any college function, if the room is available. However, NO FOOD may be brought into the Student Union building from any outside source. Should food be required for a function, the cafeteria has catering options. The Ballroom, Ballroom Lounge and Faculty Lounge may be available for rent, however restrictions may apply.

NEO Food Services offers a wide variety of items that can be purchased by employees or the public.

Catering requests must be completed and signed and in the cafeteria offices 48 hours prior to the event. Should your request not be within these guidelines your request may not be processed. Please remember, we are here to serve you but must have your cooperation for your needs to be met.
