Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College, NEO 13 & Fox 14 are proud to present the third annual NEO 13 Short Film Festival, April 3rd 2009. Open to all NEO Students and Area High School Students and the general public. This festival is your chance to showcase your talents as a filmmaker, and win great prizes in the process. At NEO 13, our students learn a variety of skills that will help them to compete in the world of Television Broadcasting and Production. The NEO Television student has no lack of tools to aid them on this task. NEO 13 has a full service television studio right here on Campus, in which a student can gain hands-on experience critical to becoming successful. Students will have access to broadcast quality cameras and equipment, the latest in digital editing and recording, and also no shortage of enthusiastic students ready to help in anyway they can. In a partnership with Cable-One of Miami, NEO 13 is broadcast throughout the city of Miami and the neighboring area. That means that anything a student creates here in the studio, could potentially end up on the air for their friends and family to see. We also have a live stream over the internet.
