The biological and physical science courses are taught in Cunningham Hall. The facility was completely renovated in 2009. The classrooms are equipped for traditional classes as well as the laboratory components of the classes. Each classroom accommodates 24 students. Courses taught in Cunningham Hall include Biology, Plant Biology, Zoology, Physical Science, Physics, Anatomy and Physiology, and the classroom component of Chemistry. The Physical Therapist Assistant program is also housed in Cunningham Hall.
The Osborn Family Laboratory Building was constructed in 2011. The facility houses the two chemistry labs, the microbiology classroom/lab and the Medical Laboratory Technician program. All laboratory are fully equipped with the essential equipment necessary to support teaching and learning.
Mathematics classes are taught in Shipley Hall and Ables Hall, classroom buildings equipped with projections systems and whiteboards.
