Billing and payment plans

Billing

• The Business Office provides a monthly billing statement on the first business day of every month detailing charges and payments that occurred during that month.
• Statement notifications are emailed monthly to the student’s NEO email address as well as to authorized users. 

Payment plans

• Payment plans can be setup by completing an application (see button below)
• Payment plan participants are sent installment payment due notifications in separate emails and the statement email is to inform you of the total monthly billing statement amount for informational purposes.
• Accounts are expected to be paid in full by the end of the semester.
• To enroll in a future semester, balance must be $500 or less.
• Charges and credits originate from on-campus departments. These departments are responsible for maintaining the detailed records of the transaction that appear on your billing statement. If you have questions regarding an item on your statement, please contact the appropriate department directly.

Payment plan option

In efforts to assist our enrolled students in meeting financial obligations, Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College offers a semester-based payment option plan as an alternative to the traditional lump-sum payment method. This plan provides an opportunity for families and enrolled students to pay College-billed expenses in regular monthly installment payments.

• First payment due at time of plan enrollment
• No finance charges on non-delinquent accounts
• No enrollment/academic holds as long as installment payments are current

Plan enrollment deadlines:

• Fall – September 15
• Spring – February 15
• Summer – June 15

Note: For informational purposes you will receive monthly billing statement email notifications while on the Payment Plan.

Due dates and delinquent account information

• Payments are due prior to the last business day of the month. Any charges incurred by the College in an effort to collect on delinquent accounts will be assessed to and will be the responsibility of the account holder.
• Delinquent account information is disclosed to credit reporting agencies, which could endanger the student’s credit rating on a local or national level. Past due accounts may receive payment from the warrant intercept program (WIP) that captures state income tax refunds to pay outstanding NEO debt.
