Academic Scholarships

Awarded based on academic criteria such as: ACT score, GPA, and Class Rank (High School Graduation)

  • Dobson Presidential Scholarship
    ACT Composite score of 26+ and rank in top 25% of class. Awarded to 12 recipients each year selected by the Scholarship committee.
    Pays unlimited general enrollment hours. Must attach a Resume listing awards, activities, work experience, and community service for consideration.
    March 1 application deadline
  • Academic Scholars
    • Must be Oklahoma resident, 29+ ACT score, or 3.7gpa and top 5% of graduating class, or rank 1st or 2nd in graduating class.
    • Award dependent on state funding. Up to 3 awards may be given annually. Please attach a resume listing awards, activities, work experience, and community service to this application for consideration.

  • Tri-County Excellence Scholarship
    Recommendation Form (pdf)
    Competitive scholarship awarded to one student from each high school in Craig, Delaware, and Ottawa counties. Based on ACT score, GPA and high school recommendation
    $1000 per academic year
    March 1 application deadline
  • Norse Honor Scholarship
    ACT Composite score of 24+ and 3.5 high school GPA.
    $1000 per academic year
    March 1 application deadline
  • Merit Residential Tuition Scholarship
    ACT Composite score of 22+ and paid housing deposit, and enroll full-time by May 1
    $800 per academic year
    Awarded to first 40 qualifying applicants
  • Room Waivers
    Pays double room rate.
    Must apply by September 1
  • Twin/Triplet Room
    Must attend NEO together, but do not have to room together
  • Oklahoma’s Promise
    Must be Oklahoma’s Promise eligible student
  • Boys State
    Must have attended Oklahoma Boys State
