Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College (NEO) Women and Friends are hosting the fifth annual NEO Expo and Craft Fair in the Calcagno Family Ballroom on Saturday, March 25, 2017 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Over 60 vendors from the four-state area will present their crafts and services. The NEO Expo gives community members a chance to shop many local and regional vendors for crafts, art, clothing, hand-made jewelry, specialty foods, and much more while supporting NEO’s students. “We fundraise for student scholarships and the operations of Peggy’s Closet, NEO’s professional clothing closet for students in need of business attire for job interviews or the early weeks of their first job,” said Donna Hale, executive director of NEO Women and Friends. “This is our major fundraiser each year and we love knowing that we’re helping students, but also bringing the opportunity to shop for something fun or unique to everyone in the area.”

The number of vendors at the Expo offering original and high quality merchandise continues to increase each year. While many of the event’s most popular vendors are returning in 2017, there will also be a number of new products and services offered at the event. LulaRoe, Vintage Sister, Nana’s Naturals, Pampered Chef, Scents, Usborne Books, and Marty’s Jewelry have already booked booths. Once again, Megan Frazier of Megan Frazier Photography will be on hand taking spring photos in mini-sessions. “I love seeing so many familiar faces at the NEO Expo each year,” said Frazier. “I feel privileged to capture these precious moments for my clients. It’s wonderful to watch families grow and change and to meet new people. I’m really looking forward to being at the craft fair and supporting NEO’s students.”

Community members are welcome to attend and admission is free. For more information, visit the NEO Women and Friends section of NEO’s website HERE or by contacting Kathryn Vanover at (918) 540-6388 or Kathryn.vanover@neo.edu.
