The Student Body Government at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College (NEO), and the NEO Activities Council are proud to present Terry Tsotigh, Native flute player and blues musician, as the second performance in the annual concert series. Tsotigh will perform on Thursday, Nov. 15, 2012 from 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. inside the atrium of the Bruce Carter Student Union. Tsotigh (Kiowa Tribe of Oklahoma) is an accomplished Native American flutist and blues musician. He is a drummer, harmonica player and songwriter. Terry has traveled extensively throughout the United States  performing in dance shows, playing the Indian flute, dancing competitively at pow-wows, and performing with  different bands.
