Members of the Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College (NEO) Norwegian Legion Marching Band and NEO Music will perform their annual “Ragnarok” show Friday and Saturday April 27-28 at 7:00 p.m. in the NEO Fine Arts Auditorium. Students and children under 12 are free and admission is $5 for all others. In Norse mythology, “Ragnarok” is a series of events that lead to the destruction of the world, but also a glorious rebirth. NEO Band Director Adam Compton applies “Ragnarok” to the end of one school year, but the promise of another.

The concert will be an interactive musical experience that promises to delight the whole family. “Ragnarok is more than just a concert, it is a show that utilizes sets, lights and sound,” said Compton. “All types of music will be performed. It is something that the whole family will enjoy. Come join us for an evening of entertainment that you won’t forget.” Tickets will be available at the door. For more information about “Ragnarok,” the Norwegian Legion, or NEO Music, contact Adam Compton at acompton@neo.edu.
